Since March 2020, Grace Covenant Church has committed itself to God's calling to us His people for the "flourishing and prosperity of our city" (Jeremiah 29:7). Our primary way of seeing people served and lives changed has been through committed relationships with successful partnerships that are exhausting themselves for the good of others. It has been an honor over these last two years to simply work to make them more successful through the investment of human and financial resources.
Grace Loves the City gives our church collectively an opportunity to generously give into the organizations that have helped us make an impact. You will have an opportunity to find a location that fits your schedule and your family dynamic to serve in a wide range of ways! We will have an eclectic assortment of outreaches including:
- Painting, landscaping and acts of kindness for teachers with partner schools
- Support for family health and dental clinics
- Packing diapers and wipes for single moms
- Upkeep and cleaning for local food banks
- Block party for a neighborhood in need
- Prepare 10,000 meals for Rise Against Hunger
- SO MUCH MORE!
This year along with serving the needs of our partnerships, we are preparing to come with a check to give each location as the "cherry on top" of an already exhilarating day of service! Our goal is to raise $200,000 to give each of our 25 partners $5000 each to help with their various needs.
