That's the foundational verse of this annual Week of Prayer, Fasting, and Consecration.
Our 2022 Week of Prayer, Fasting, and Consecration will be January 10–14 and Our theme will be Abide: the Power and Beauty of God's Word.
The word "abide" simply means "to remain stable or fixed to a place." We will provide daily devotional videos and a devotional guide for you and your family based on the Abide theme that will help you go deeper in scripture and also help you record your prayer requests, your prayer answers, and different things that God might be speaking to you during this week of seeking.
Every Nation leaders and churches have always placed a high premium on the authority and the truthfulness of Scripture. We know that God reveals himself to us through his Word, and he uses it to transform and empower us.
