Grace Loves Thanksgiving Food Drive

Thanksgiving is a season to remember God’s goodness and share His love with those around us. This year, Grace Loves has an opportunity to come together as a church family and help make Thanksgiving a little brighter for families in our community.

Our goal is to provide 500 Thanksgiving meal boxes to families in need. Each box will include food for a Thanksgiving meal, along with a $25 gift card to help families purchase their turkey, ham, or other main course.

There are several ways to participate: purchase needed food through our Amazon Wish List, purchase food and bring it to church on November 15, donate a $25 gift card, or join us at one of our Packing Parties on November 14 or November 19.

Together, we can help fill 500 tables with food and 500 homes with hope this Thanksgiving!

Food list

Each Thanksgiving meal box will include:

• 4 cans of vegetables (corn, peas, mixed vegetables, carrots, etc.)
• 1 box of instant potatoes
• 2 cans of fruit (pineapple, pears, peaches, etc.)
• 1 container of chicken broth (no glass)
• 2 lbs. of rice (two 1-lb. bags or one 2-lb. bag)
• 1–2 lb. bag of sugar
• 1 bottle of cooking oil (48 oz. or less)
• 1 bag of white all-purpose flour
• 1 $25 gift card for the main course
