Men of Grace — We Need Your Help!
Every year, the men of Grace help make Women’s Christmas a meaningful and memorable evening by serving behind the scenes. Your willingness to serve allows hundreds of women to relax, connect, and encounter God without having to worry about the details.
Whether you can serve before, during, or after the event, we’d love to have you on the team!
Serving Opportunities:

•  Auditorium AV Team – Assist with audio, lighting, and presentation support during the event.
• Greeters & Registration – Welcome women with a smile, help with check-in, and create a warm first impression.
•  Hospitality Team – Help serve refreshments and keep hospitality areas stocked and welcoming.
• Ushers – Assist guests with seating and help provide a smooth event experience.
•  Set-Up Team – Arrive early to help prepare the venue, arrange furniture, and get everything ready before doors open.
• Tear-Down Team – Stay after the event to help clean up, pack supplies, and restore the venue.
