For Women Only Safety Day Training Taught by Officer Meg of the Fairfax County Police Department.
The registration fee for this class is $5 per person (pepper spray included with registration) and is for ladies 13 years and older. Those under 18 will need a parent present to sign a waiver at the start of class. REGISTER HERE
This Beginner level course will cover: situational awareness, reducing the risk of an attack, observing your surroundings, developing a plan of attack, as well as knowing when and how to use force.
