Speaker Biographies

Cynthia Fuller
Cynthia Fuller is the Director of the Women’s Ministry and First Lady of Grace Covenant Church (GCC) in Chantilly, Virginia; where she has led this ministry for over two decades.

She's married to Senior Pastor Brett Fuller and they are parents to seven beloved children, have two amazing daughters-in-law and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter.

Cynthia's passion for the Lord began in her teen years and continued to grow during and after her years at college where she regularly coordinated and facilitated Bible studies and actively participated in campus outreaches.

In addition to being a devoted wife, mother and leader - she is a successful homeschool educator. She has homeschooled all seven of her children and is a source of support to others in their homeschooling quest to provide their children a solid, spiritually based home education.

Gifted with a true “mother’s heart,” Cynthia strives to encourage and inspire everyone she encounters through prayer, mentoring, Bible studies and public speaking.

Bomi Roberson
With a personal mission to encourage and inspire women, Bomi Roberson is passionate about finding beauty in simple things.

She is the founder and Chief Artisan for WithLove, Bomi - a leather accessories company.  Bomi serves as the Women's Director for King's Park International Church, enjoys sharing about God's love, teaching God's word, and on the power of prayer, and works alongside her husband, Reggie, who serves as the Lead Pastor.

An HGTV junkee, she enjoys pinning all the fun and creative DIY ideas on Pinterest and gets giddy at the chance to engage in any Do-It-Yourself projects (of which some are hilarious failures). She is the author of the Bible study, unPreferred - a journey to discovering God's Plan A, where she helps women see God's provision and protection when they have felt unnoticed or looked over.

You can often find Bomi hanging out with her kids - Nickolas, David, and Shiloh - (most times as a chauffeur), doing a DIY project, designing a leather piece, or working hard to figure out "what's for dinner."

Debbie Caulk
Debbie Caulk, along with her husband Pastor Mark, and a team of young leaders, pioneered the new work in Washington D.C. which became Grace Covenant Church from 1982 - 1991, when they moved to another ministry.

Debbie and Mark have recently rejoined Grace Covenant and are thrilled to become reacquainted with old friends and ministry partners and meet the family of GCC. Mark is an associate pastor and Debbie is currently serving on the Women's Leadership team. Debbie is co-leader of the 50+ ministry.

She was raised in a Christian home and received Christ at a young age, however it was while a schoolteacher after college, that she came to a living faith and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. A year later she moved to a newly formed campus ministry and began what has become a 45+ year ministry life. Debbie has taught ladies Bible studies, led women's ministry within the church, mentored, counseled and discipled young women. Debbie and Mark have four wonderful children, two sons-in-law and three grandchildren.

In her free time she loves reading, music, working out. cooking, sewing and other creative arts.

Elise Law
Elise Law is a member of the Grace Covenant Church (GCC) women’s leadership team. She has been a member of Grace Covenant Church since 2011. Elise is married to Pastor Stephen, who is an Associate Pastor over various ministries.

She is a mother to three young children and a graphic designer turned-lettering artist.  After giving birth to her first child in 2015, she became a work-at-home mommy, where she pursued her dream of designing and selling her hand lettered pieces of wall art, greeting cards and apparel on her online marketplace, Wonder&Paper.

Elise has a passion to see people come to know Jesus and His love, which is reflected in the messaging of many of her lettering pieces. In 2011, Elise began her career as a magazine designer, and later took on the role of art director for a children's nature/animal magazine, Ranger Rick.

When she's not designing, lettering or teaching workshops, you can find Elise keeping up with her "Todd" Squad and watching cheesy movies with her hubby.  Elise is a lover of simplicity and advocates for making spaces beautiful.

Janice Harvey
Janice is a London native and has been designing and bringing beauty to her creations for over 25 years. Janice thrives in exploring the world of color, fabrics and textiles.

After a tour in the US Navy, she knew a degree in Business was only the beginning for her. Janice followed her heart and found her passion was for design. She is diverse in CAD architecture, scaling, blueprint design, space planning, color rendering and more - all while garnering her certifications with the International Furnishings and Design Association and working toward American Society of Interior Designers credentials.

Buoyed by her familiarity of classic European design and her love of Transitional American influence, Janice has clearly developed her craft with exquisite style and expertise.

Janice is a mother of two sons and wife to former NFL great Ken Harvey (Washington Redskins) and currently resides in Lansdowne, VA.

Joanna  Green
Joanna is a loving, gentle spirited, believer in Christ that is passionate about serving others with her organizational skills and administrative support. Growing up as the daughter of the first black Supreme Court justice in Virginia, Joanna has always valued the idea of establishing order for the purpose of helping others experience equity and peace.

Joanna’s favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her family. Joanna is a proud wife of eight years to her husband Jared and they have four beautiful daughters.  Joanna graduated from the University of Virginia where she received her BA in Psychology.

Miata Jones

After graduation, Miata worked for Alion Science and Technology and as a contractor for The World Bank Group for six and a half years before coming on staff with Grace Covenant Church. Coming on staff was a sort of homecoming in that she has attended Grace for over 10 years and served for the last six years.

She loves God, loves to worship and is passionate about creating unobstructed environments where people; young and older; can meet and be changed by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Nicole Binion

The Binions, who serve as guest hosts for TBN’s flagship “Praise!” program, also host “Dwell Nights” of worship across the U.S. and abroad while pastoring Dwell Church in Dallas. David and Nicole are signed to Integrity Music and released their latest acclaimed live album, Glory of Eden, in February 2020.

Tifani has been serving at Grace Covenant Church for the better part of 20 years. Following a career in property management she was invited to join the staff as a Minister of Music in April 2006. In addition to leading worship Tifani has a passion for helping others become who God has created them to be.

When Tifani isn’t leading worship she enjoys mentoring and training leaders, writing songs, coaching singers, watching suspense movies, being a foodie and spending time with her family. She loves being the wife of Marcus Fields, Jr. and is a proud mother to Jazmyn, Kalen and Taya.
