Lead Well Program

Program Details

Lead Well is the 2 year Leadership Development Program of Grace Covenant Church that exists to intersect theology, life and mission in an interactive format to shape Christ centered leaders for ministry, service and impact.  Students will take classes ranging from theology and homiletics to church history and Spirit empowered life taught by Every Nation leaders from around the world alongside a cohort of students and a coach that will help students in their growth journey!  Grace Covenant Church is committed to partnering with you to fulfill the calling God has for your life and we believe Lead Well to be a vital tool in that formation process!

NOTE: Leadership 215 is Every Nation’s theological standard for training leaders globally, consisting of twelve courses developed and taught by Every Nation leaders from around the world to help establish theological foundations for ministers of the gospel.

Application Deadline

Application Process - Each step must be completed prior to August 1st for admission to the program. 

A candidate must be at least in the process of becoming a member of GCC to apply. 

Application deadline - August 01, 2024

1- Submit application form 

2 - Letter of recommendation from Pastor(former or current) / Small Group leader / Ministry Lead etc. 

3-  Complete virtual interview

4- Complete the registration payment

Registration/ Program cost

Early bird Registration -  $199 ( July 1st)

Standard Registration -  $250 ( July 20th)

Late Registration -  $275 ( August 1)
