Oversight Leaders

 Grace Covenant Church's Oversight Team provides governmental oversight and guidance to all of GCC's congregational sites in Northern Virginia and DC.
They are actively involved with the lead pastors of each local congregation to ensure proper stewardship of the vision, mission, and values.


Brett Fuller
Bishop

Pastor Brett Fuller is the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, Virginia - a suburb of Washington, DC. He currently serves as

the North American Leadership Team Director for Every Nation Churches, and as Chaplain of the Washington Football Team. From 2005 to 2014 he also served as Chaplain for the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

In 2000, he initiated a bill in Congress to build a memorial honoring the African American Slaves who helped build America. Though the bill did not pass, he still hopes to complete the mission. From 2007-2009 he also served on President George Bush's Advisory Board for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Pastor Brett has written two devotionals: Live Well and Relate Well.

He and his lovely wife of 33 years, Cynthia, frequently conduct marriage and family seminars. Brett also coordinates relational and professional development seminars, helping leaders in every walk of life to become better leaders.

He and Cynthia reside in Chantilly, Virginia. They have 7 children, two wonderful daughters-in-law and one granddaughter.


Jim Critcher
Pastor

Jim currently lives in the Washington, DC area where he serves on the Senior Oversight Team for the congregations of

 Grace Covenant Church. Prior to coming to DC, he was the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
As a musician, he was a master class student of world-renowned guitarist Christopher Parkening, His musical experience encompasses that of professional musician, university instructor, worship leader, recording engineer/producer as well as owner of a media production company.
As a minister, Jim is a recognized prophetic voice both for Every Nation Ministries and in the larger body of Christ. He travels and ministers to individuals, churches and in conferences both domestically and internationally.
Jim and Angie, married for 44 years, live overlooking the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. They have two grown children along with four perfect grandchildren.

 


Donnell Jones
Pastor

A Washington, DC native, Donnell has a heart for God and God’s heart for people. During his collegiate years, he was inspired to follow Jesus as Lord and

challenged to develop godly character.
Since graduating from American University, he has served and ministered to collegiate and professional athletes and planted churches in Philadelphia, PA & Washington, DC.
Currently Donnell serves as Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in DC, character coach for the University of Maryland Men’s Basketball Team and Football Team & chaplain for the NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches).
He and his wife, Marianne, have a son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Jessica, four daughters; Moriah, Gabriella, Serena, Micaiah, and a granddaughter Zoe.


Stephen Mansfield
Teacher

Dr. Stephen Mansfield is a New York Times best-selling author, popular speaker, and

leader of The Mansfield Group, a speaker training firm based in Washington, DC. Stephen speaks widely about men, leadership, faith, the lessons of history, and the forces that shape modern culture. He lives in Nashville and Washington, DC, with his wife Beverly.
