What will the worship service be like?
The service experiences at Grace Covenant Church include worship music and a message. The music is led by a worship leader along with a live band featuring a wide range of musical styles. The message is typically taught by Pastor Brett or one of the other teaching pastors. You can expect to be both encouraged and challenged the message. The Sunday service lasts for just an hour, and you will find a friendly environment where everyone is welcomed.
How early should I get there?
We’d encourage you to get to the campus about 15 minutes early. That will give you time to park, check your kids into their awesome classrooms and grab a cup of coffee before the service begins. There will be people ready to help you, from the time you pull into the parking lot, to when you enter the lobby.
What should I wear?
You can wear whatever you like. Pastor Brett will probably (always) be wearing a bow tie, some people will be dressed up, and some people will be wearing jeans. You can come as you are.
What about my kids?
We have children’s programming for your children from birth through fifth grade. Your child will experience age-appropriate teaching, music and fun activities designed to introduce them to a life-changing journey to follow Jesus Christ. It's led by staff and volunteers who will be there each week to care for and love on your child. And just so you know, we utilize a check-in system that ensures a safe environment for your child and also allows for efficient drop-off and pick-up for parents.
But I have kids in middle school and high school?
Our youth group, Oneighty, has awesome services for your teen during the 2nd and 3rd services at Chantilly, and during the service at Sterling. You’ll want to drop your teen off at the youth building before you come to the main building. Don’t worry, it’s just right down the street.
