I wrote you all recently regarding my husband and a potential future job being re-banded. I just wanted to let you know that nothing has been finalized so please keep praying.  The manager had a change of heart and is pushing for the role to remain at the level it is currently and it would mean a promotion for my husband.  I just want to thank you all for praying for us. It still has one last review from HR pending so if you would just keep praying that it would breeze through all the people who need to review it.
