Women's Pastor
Elise Law serves as the women’s pastor and creative director at Grace Covenant Church Capitol Hill. Born and raised in Chicagoland (Go Cubs!), Elise left the familiarity of the Midwest to become the art director at Ranger Rick, a premier children’s wildlife magazine in the DC area. After finding a spiritual family at Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, Virginia, Elise led in the church, ministering to youth, women, and the marginalized in outreach. Her life took an unexpected turn, when she met and married Stephen Law, eventually trading her design career to become a mom of four littles and to help plant Grace Covenant Church Capitol Hill. While appreciating the history and culture of DC, Elise is always down for a Chicago-style pizza or hot dog!
